Upon entering your private dining room, relax and enjoy the elegantly appointed candle lit dining table, the glowing fireplace and soothing background music. Savour a glass of fine sherry as your host, our Executive Chef introduces and explains the evening of exceptional cuisine and superb wines. He will describe each course and our wine expert will share the qualities of the accompanying wine selection.

Our Executive Chef has prepared a selection of tasting menus offering regional dishes and classical cuisine served with poise and elegance. We have assembled a wine list that will compliment each particular course and dining experience. If you prefer, we can offer guidance in selecting superior wines from the Vintages Rare Wines and Spirits store.
